• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

  • Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit or a valid credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the cost of the full stay may be charged, or the rules of the originating CRM may apply.

  • Payment Policy: Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI’, POSTEPAY), Debit Card, or Cash. Checks are not accepted, and no credit is given.

  • Tourist Tax: A city tax of €2 per person per night applies, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, for guests over 16 years old, as required by the Municipality of Acireale.

  • Cleaning and Linen Policy: Regular cleaning and linen change are carried out every three nights. If you wish to request an extra cleaning service or an additional set of linen before the scheduled cycle, an additional fee will be applied. Extra cleaning costs €32, while an extra linen set costs €8.

  • Children and Pets Policy: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring children or pets. Restrictions or additional fees may apply.

  • No Smoking and Drugs Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Bed and Breakfast. The use of illegal drugs is also strictly forbidden on the premises. Anyone violating this rule will be reported immediately, and current laws will be enforced.

  • Respect for Other Guests: Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours and respect the privacy of other guests.

  • Use of Common Areas: Please use the common areas respectfully and clean up after use.

  • Authorization for Additional Guests: It is not permitted to bring people into the property who are not part of the room reservation unless they are authorized.

  • Restroom and Lighting Use Policy: After using the bathroom, please ensure taps are properly closed, and do not throw anything into toilets or sinks that may block the pipes. Please also remember to turn off the lights in rooms and hallways when leaving.

  • Damages: Guests who cause damage to the property or its furnishings, once responsibility has been determined, must compensate the owner accordingly.

  • Liability: The management declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings left in the rooms.

  • Breakfast: Breakfast is available at partner cafés, which will be communicated upon arrival. The service is available until 12:00 PM. Take-away items are not allowed. Alcoholic beverages and aperitifs are not included.

  • Other Provisions: The Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to amend these rules and policies at any time. Guests will be informed of any changes prior to their arrival.

1. Bookings and Rates

Bookings can be made through our website, partner channels (OTAs, booking platforms), or directly at the property.

1.1 Refundable Rate

  • A full refund of the amount paid at the time of booking will be granted if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

  • In case of cancellation the day before arrival or on the same day, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will follow banking timelines and will be credited back to the same payment method used for the booking.

1.2 Non-Refundable Rate

  • No refund will be granted for amounts paid from the time of booking until the start of the stay.

  • In case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
